Prevent Quorums for Budget Reconciliation Bill Votes!
The current “budget reconciliation” bills in the House and the Senate clearly do not have the approval of most voters. I understand the bills pass with a simple majority due to the (bogus) label; with GOP majorities in both, the bills will pass. But I believe a quorum must be present for each vote
