Vote NO on HJR 173 & 174
I am firmly against HJR 173 & 174. This will not help Missouri citizens. It is a fallacy to say that it will let us choose when to pay taxes—we can't choose when our pantry and fridge go empty, when the rent is due, when our car needs repair because we hit a swimming-pool-sized pothole on a Missouri
