Just read HB 479(2026). (1) It aims to repeal Fla. Stat. 373.591, which isn’t clear from the subject and may violate the single subject rule in Florida’s constitution? (2) it aims to preempt county and municipal standards for water and pollution. Which, also, is gross. Please propose the removal
