NO Electric shock gloves for ICE agents

I’m hearing about a no-bid contract that DHS is using to try to buy G.L.O.V.E. technology for ICE agents to use — wearable electric shock technology in glove format — to add discrete and painful incentives for compliance. I’d like to see our state ban this technology, and make it a crime to use it
