Outlaw the LGBTQ “panic defense. In 2021 State Senator Comerford introduced a bill to curtail the use and effectiveness of these “panic defenses”. The bill died in committee. That is unacceptable. Massachusetts is the only New England state with this discriminatory defense still on the books.
