Please reconsider plug-in solar legislation in Minnesota

I am writing to ask you to reconsider SF 4504, HF 3555, which would enable plug-in solar in Minnesota. Minnesota's plug-in solar language was consolidated into SF 4504 (Sen. Frentz), the Senate energy omnibus bill, where it appeared as Article 1, Section 4. The full Senate passed SF 4504 as amended
