I understand that the Trump administration will only be paying out 50% of SNAP funds for the month of November. The people who rely on this money cannot survive on half. Every penny is desperately needed to avoid children going hungry! Americans are not stupid—we can see that Republicans are finding plenty of money for Argentina, for tax cuts for billionaires and their corporations, for a Great Gatsby party… but only a pittance for the neediest among us? It is sickening and without morals! I dare you look the children of your constituents in the eye and explain to them why they should go hungry while you support a President that is throwing lavish parties. This is not the fault of the Democrats - Republicans need to come to the table and preserve food and healthcare resources for the American people!
