Support the Epstein Files Act - The People Have the Right to Know

To: Sen. Ernst, Sen. Grassley, Rep. Hinson

From: A verified voter in Charles City, IA

July 18

I'm writing as your constituent to urge you to support and cosponsor the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a vital step toward government accountability and justice for survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplices. Americans deserve to know the full truth about Epstein’s network of abuse, corruption, and potential influence over public officials and institutions. While Epstein is gone, the survivors are not—and neither is the suspicion that powerful individuals helped enable or cover up his crimes. The public interest in transparency is overwhelming and bipartisan. This issue cuts across party lines and speaks directly to the integrity of our institutions. The Epstein Files Transparency Act would mandate the release of all non-classified federal investigative records related to Epstein and his associates, while protecting the privacy of victims. This model, similar to the JFK Records Act, provides a responsible, measured, and democratic path forward. The American people have waited long enough. I respectfully request that you support this legislation and help bring long-overdue transparency and justice to light. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
