I am a resident of Cache County and I was present at the large public meeting in Tremonton when the Box Elder Commissioners disrespected the unified public opposition to the Stratos project.  As I learn more about the project and about MIDA (and the Port Authority), I am appalled at the back-room kick-backs and deals being designed using my tax money in these non-accountable slush-fund-supported development and corruption vehicles.  MIDA and the Port Authority are destroying our state with terrible lake-damaging projects.  I agree with the lawsuit filed against MIDA and proponents of Stratos Project.  I hope they win big. Google “"NORTHERN UTAH NEWS (https://www.abc4.com/news/northern-utah/) New lawsuit filed against MIDA, Box Elder County Commission over Stratos Project data center” I request that the Stratos project be nullified immediately because of its enormous damage to our state, its shocking corruption-filled origin story and the lack of ANY meaningful oversight.  PLEASE open investigations into all of the MIDA and Port Authority projects and processes and shut them down immediately.   Find the corruption and prosecute the guilty parties ASAP.  Bryan Schott has several articles exposing kickbacks to supporters of Stratos projects. Please start your investigations with those names. VOTERS like me are very angry about Stratos. VOTERS like me are very angry about lawmakers who refuse to listen to us.  Utah voters are unified on this issue and we will vote out more lawmakers who support Stratos and MIDA and the port authority, just like we voted out Stuart Adams, Trevor Lee, Dan McCay, and the two commissioners.   Please change course and shut down Stratos NOW.  No more performative public statements that do not actually stop the 23-atomic-bombs project. Cancellation is long overdue.
