For too long we have allowed airlines and booking platforms to avoid accountability and responsibility to American travelers. Airlines don’t take accountability for flights booked on Expedia and the others while Expedia and the others blame Airlines. In both cases consumer is stranded. Whoever takes money is responsible. You sell it you fix it. Simple
