USAID supports US farmers

To: Sen. Ernst, Sen. Grassley

From: A verified voter in Donahue, IA

February 4, 2025

We are only 2 weeks into the Trump Administration and the chaos continues everyday. USAID has been dismantled. I am sure you realize how important that aid is while keeping peace and stabilizing democracy in third world countries. It is the desire of Hungary and Russia to have the aid eliminated. And President Trump/Musk are following the orders. USAID is a buyer of our farmers products here in Iowa. In 2024, they purchased 1.1 million metric tons of food. Where will those sales go? Support Iowa Farmers. Save the USAID.
