INDEPENDENT VOTER I am confused. The last time I checked, Trump and any other future President are political confidants. By a President issuing an executive order to create a national voting role, the political candidate is overseeing who is allowed to be on the voting role to use a mail-in ballot. This is illegal as established in our Constitution. It really doesn’t matter who is suing or their standing to the Supreme Court. Any single voter has the potential to be harmed by their vote being discarded and not counted and the court should not wait until after a voter is harmed to enforce Constitutional law. The types of decisions from a higher conservative majority of the court is why most Americans see the Justices as corrupt and interfering with States rights in the election process. After the midterm elections, Congress must consider impeachment hearings for members of the court and appoint justices that respect Constitutional law. In addition, a new set of ethics laws must be re-established for the Supreme Court with an enforcement mechanism that will review and when proven, remove corrupt judges. No Supreme Court judge should ever except any gift of any size from any source. The perceived impact to impartiality is to great. These rules should also include financial and political support by direct family members that provide influence to a judge thru a family member. That is just another form of bribery.
