As one of your constituents, and someone who works and has volunteered at several non-profits this shut down is appalling. There is no actual way for someone who is here illegally to get Medicare OR MNSure. Everyone who is on MNSure must reapply yearly and if their status changes, their coverage is dropped. So the fact that this shut down is partially over the fact that you "don't want to give illegal aliens healthcare", how are they getting it if they can't get health insurance in the first place? Please reconsider your stance and return funding to Medicare and the ACA.
