Stop the Weaponization of Social Security Data
To: Justices Court

The request before you—to allow a politically motivated group to access the Social Security data of American citizens—is not about transparency. It’s about control.
Let’s be honest: “DOGE” is not an election integrity initiative. It’s a rebranded arm of the same movement that fueled conspiracy theories, incited violence on January 6, and continues to erode trust in our democratic institutions. Granting it access to the private data of millions would be an unforgivable breach of public trust and a step down a very dark path.
This is not a difficult decision. The federal government does not exist to serve partisan interests. Social Security data is not a campaign tool. And the Court should not lend its authority to those who seek to undermine the very democracy they claim to defend.
Reject this abuse of power. History remembers those who stood firm against the rise of authoritarianism—and those who enabled it.
