Unfortunately H. R. 9495 has passed today If you are not already aware it has an ominous Treasury Department provision enabling withholding of tax-exempt status without due process. Please do not let this provision pass the Senate. It will afford the incoming administration with a scary amount of censorship power. Will you commit to this cause on behalf of your constituent and former non-profit executive?
