I attended your first “Capito Connect” conference in Bridgeport in 2014. It seems like a long time ago and sometimes a hurtle too big to climb. Then came BEAD funding. The State, WV Office of Broadband and BEC worked tirelessly to accomplish all the work required to identify unserved and underserved locations and accomplish all the work required by NTIA. Senator, you were the key to insuring West Virginia would not be left behind when it came to broadband expansion. Your leadership in Washington and you and your staff’s continuous work on Broadband have finally paid off with the approval of the WV BEAD application. Thanks to your leadership in West Virginia and Washington, WV will become one of the best connected States in the country. I believe this will be one of your hallmark efforts. Thanks again
