Transfer the Patriot missiles to Ukraine ASAP. Reports that the administration is holding them up are totally unacceptable. As a reminder, Ukrainians are our allies and fighting a vicious invasion. The Russians are enemies, and delay in approving the missiles will simply cause more deaths. I’m amazed that I’ve seen nothing from your offices objecting to this administrative delay. It sucks.
