The constitution is more powerful than the president. Remind him.

To: Sen. Booker, Rep. Kean, Sen. Kim

From: A verified voter in Budd Lake, NJ

February 21

The constitution of the United States grants all persons living within her bounds certain inalienable rights including but not limited to freedom of speech and a free press. Trump’s pressure on the FCC to suppress journalists whose reports may not reveal the most flattering aspects of himself and his administration is not only illegal- it is unconstitutional. Rights given by the constitution are non-negotiable. While the president may be the figurehead, the constitution is the ship. You are the navigator. Do your job and put this ship back on course.
