Karoline Leavitt used her platform to make a statement suggesting that Spain has agreed to collaborate militarily with the U.S. Spain’s Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares made the following statement: “She may be the White House spokesperson but I am Spain’s Foreign Minister and I’m telling her our position remains the same.” WE THE PEOPLE have televisions, internet, newspapers, social media platforms. The White House seems to think we can’t watch the blatant lies unroll in real time. Misleading the people of the United States can and will have catastrophic consequences. Look what happened during COVID. Trump misled his base to believe it wasn’t an issue for concern, and hundreds of thousands of people either died or ended up with lifelong health consequences for believing his lies. Karoline Leavitt lies on behalf of the Trump administration every day. Not “stretches the truth.” Not “exaggerates.” LIES. Lying to the people is unconscionable.
