Town Hall - are you too scare to have them?
To: Rep. Graves
From: A constituent in Plattsburg, MO
July 20
It appears you are scared to hold town halls. Your cowardness is on full display. Will you continue to hide from constituents or will you muster the courage to actually hold open, public, well-advertised town halls across the district. Your opponent is everywhere and announces his schedule widely! All I see of you is the cardboard cutout in your pilot costume. It’s become a running joke all over the district!
I’ve emailed multiple times on this only to receive NO response. Unfortunately, by not responding proves by your actions you are a coward, you can’t even own up to the fact you do not plan to hold a town hall. If you have no plans to do this, have the spine to say so. Own it. Reply and say so – try the truth. Better yet – during summer recess, hold some town halls. Advertise them and proudly announce why you voted for budget and Recession bills. Announce how you voted not to release files of a pedophile – how proud you must be.
I want this all on your record and expect an answer.
