President Trump imposes 50% tariffs on most Canadian goods, declaring that Canada has unfairly discriminated against American autos, alcohol and dairy products. This is profoundly stupid and embarrassing. The Supreme Court declared Reumps tariffs were illegal. Americans so how destructive they have been to our economy and our relationships with allies. And still, Trump refuses to accept the failure and continues threatening our closet friends with ridiculous, and unfounded tariffs.
