I’m a member of Indivisible Westside Los Angeles and I'm encouraging you to put your full support behind the ‘Election Rigging Response Act’ legislative package that gives Californians the ability to fight back against Texas’ racist and democracy-destroying gerrymander. I support this legislation because by putting a measure on the ballot, Prop 50 empowers us as voters, instead of subjecting us to life-altering unilateral decisions like what we see in Texas and other red states who bend to Trump’s will. Please support the full legislative package, consisting of Assembly Constitutional Amendment 8, SB 280 and AB 604. I know this needs to be passed by both houses no later than this Friday so please proceed with urgency. Thank you.
