I'm writing as your constituent today to demand the Trump administration bring Kilmar Ábrego García home - and stop all further deportations to CECOT. The courts have been clear. The administration officials responsible for his arrest and removal have been clear. There is no reason that Kilmar Ábrego García should have been deported to El Salvador at all - let alone to a prison notorious for torture and cruelty. Yet the Trump administration continues to unacceptably play games with people's lives - deporting hundreds without concern for the harm they're causing, the errors in their process, or the cruelty they're perpetuating. Even after court orders, including from the Supreme Court itself, the administration is refusing to bring Mr. García home. The Trump administration's dedication to deportation at all costs has been appalling - from targeting immigrants who dare to exercise their right to free speech to these latest wrongful deportations to El Salvador. These actions directly violate every moral principle of our country and the basic laws of our Constitution. Please demand the White House return Kilmar Ábrego García to his home, return others sent off to taxpayer-funded torture in El Salvador, and halt all deportations to the CECOT facility in El Salvador.
