INDEPENDENT VOTER I am a North Carolina resident and voter urging you all in the strongest of terms to reject the Administration's request to establish a Federal voter role that allows the USPS to manage mail-in ballots. Our Constitution is very clear States, not the Federal branch of government manages the time, place and process for elections. This is very black and white. This process has stood the test of time for 250 years. The Administration has provided no evidence of voter fraud specific to mail-in ballots. This change is a proposed solution in search of a problem. The Portal System has been rushed to develop, is untested and does not have the confidence of the American voter. I URGE EACH OF YOU TO VOTE NO AND UPHOLD OUR STATES RIGHTS AS CLEARLY WRITTEN IN OUR CONSTITUTION.
