The content of HR 722 — "To implement equal protection under the 14th article of amendment to the Constitution for the right to life of each born and preborn human person" — is absurd, cruel, and unconstitutional. While women and child-bearing people across the country are suffering increased mortality and medical risks due to state abortion bans, introducing a national ban is unconscionable. As your constituent, I implore you to protect the citizens of the country from this type of brazen attack on equality and health. Vote no and marshall all your resources to fight abortion bans of any kind. Thank you.
