Good mo(u)rning! See what I did there? WE THE PEOPLE woke up today to the news that the constitution passed away. It’s a sad day for the great American experiment. A United States ambassador to Israel, along with the secretary of Coors- oops, sorry, the secretary of WARs, declared American military action in Iran is not for oil, not for regime change, not for freedom of Iranian citizens, and not even to end the political unrest in the Middle East. No. They announced that it is the beginning of “The Holy War.” Stay with me- the United States constitution is intended to be a LIVING DOCUMENT. It clearly states the intentions for freedom of religion and a clear separation of church and state. It does NOT make provisions for the administration to outfit a secular military in the robes of Christ and crusade across the desert to aid Israel in an unprecedented land grab predicted in a 2000 year old prophecy in a book written by human hands at the behest of a god who is not worshipped by all members of this society. Clearly, in declaring a holy war, we have murdered the constitution, burned her corpse, and treaded upon her legacy. HOLY HELL. At the very LEAST, please defend the constitution. Impeach the entire Trump administration. This is TREASON.
