The proposed cuts to Medicaid are a blatant showing of this administration’s disdain for poor, aging, and rural Americans, many of whom are the very same folks who voted this administration into office. Many people do not understand that their health lifelines are in Medicaid. It is a devaluation of those folks who are working double shifts and triple jobs to make ends meet while the wealthy continue to buy investment property. Despite the frankly shameful self-congratulatory bluster, the efforts of those seeking fraud have found none. Fixing all of this is going to be expensive. Where will THAT pay-for originate?
