Reported in the Portland business journal today were layoffs due to the suspension of federal funding. Please forward to the state AG. "Forth, the Portland-based advanced transportation nonprofit, last week laid off nine people — a fifth of its staff — as the Trump administration's attack on federal programs rippled through another corner of the economy. Jeff Allen, Forth's executive director, blamed a hold on payments under a Department of Energy contract and wider uncertainty over other federal spending.
