As my Thanksgiving turkey is roasting I am writing to you today as a concerned Hoosier and a constituent to express my strong opposition to any attempt to redraw Indiana's congressional maps outside of the constitutionally and statutorily mandated decennial process following the U.S. Census. Hoosiers do not rig our elections.
