Today in his confirmation hearing, Justin D. Smith was somehow unable to answer a question about the 2020 presidential election. You would think that someone who wants to become a federal judge would be able to answer basic questions without fear of offending the current president. If Congress wasn't a Republican majority, these assholes would never get confirmed. I hate what our country has become under Republican leadership. It's shameful, embarrassing, and honestly heartbreaking. You must not confirm these people who are so mired in their alternative realities.
