I have grave concerns over HB 1134. It classifies zygotes, embryos, and fetuses as human beings. Any woman having a miscarriage could be charged with murder. A woman with an ectopic pregnancy (where the zygote attaches to somewhere it cannot survive, such as a fallopian tube) would die. A doctor could not save her without being charged with murder. If this bill becomes law, women will die. We will lose more maternal medicine practitioners. Everyone loses. Please do not support this bill
