Watching the news this morning, and I couldn’t help but see the videos coming out of Iran showing the live destruction of hospitals. Doctors and patients were fleeing as heavy walls and ceilings and hospital paraphernalia slammed on top of and around them. Nurses were struggling to carry as many babies as they possibly could to safety. And of course, the news ticker on the bottom of the screen rattled off the grim statistics of dead and dying. In an age where precision missiles are the weapon of choice, these bombs were specifically guided to the hospital. And by whom? Why, the United States of America and Israel- those two unimpeachable beacons of freedom from oppression (insert sarcasm here). This cannot go on. If you cannot- or more likely will not- do something to end the ceaseless genocides encouraged by Israel and funded by the U.S., surely you have the means and ability to provide your information to The Hague. There are already arrest warrants sworn against Netanyahu for violations of international law. What stops you from adding Trump to the list of war criminals? Do your job!
