Why not remove the cap on Social Security earnings? I don’t know exactly how much it would add to the trust revenue, but it must be substantial. If you’re not too busy brown nosing the Orange Menace, I’m sure you could ask the Budget office for a projection. You might consider doing something useful for a change.
