Some of you drone endlessly about "textualism" in regards to the constitution. Today, Alito blathered about how the original framers didn't know anything about "illegal aliens," so they didn't intend for the 14th amendment to apply to them today. Well, obviously, that's nothing more than his attempt to find ANY WAY to impose pain on "undesirables" and to lick the boot of Trump. In addition to also being wrong, it's also deeply hypocritical. If this argument were accurate and valid, then why aren't you hypocrites making or allowing for the same arguments about the 2nd amendment? If you actually believed in textualism, rather than using it whenever convenient to continue your hateful bigotry, you'd acknowledge that the framers intended the 2nd amendment to apply ONLY to muskets, not to AR-15's that didn't exist at the time. Very few encased bullet system existed at the time. You aren't actually textualists, so stop pretending you are. Just admit that you are white supremacists and you want to eliminate anyone who isn't like you. Be honest and just admit you don't want anymore "spics and niggers" in the United States.
