No funding for ICE. There is no reason for ICE to exist, we did just fine without it prior to 2003. ICE already regularly and flagrantly violates laws, ignores requirements for warrants, 4th amendment rights, etc, and now is killing US citizens with impunity. Do not fund ICE under any circumstances—no legislation will be sufficient to enforce appropriate behavior from ICE when they are already ignoring existing laws and constitutional rights. ICE should be abolished, but at minimum it should be starved of funding.
