Judge Luttig has a thesis that Donald Trump and Mike Johnson have a plan to stop the seating of Democrat representatives in the house on January 3, 2027. This is assuming that the Democrats gain the majority which we are all hoping will happen. Judge Luttig seems to assume that the Democrats will do nothing about this and that the case will end up in the Supreme Court. We know how that might go, which is not in our favor. I’m not sure that I agree about the Democrats inaction, but I’m writing to you because I hope that I am right. I hope that the Democrats have a plan if the Republicans choose to end our democracy on January 3, 2027. Donald Trump would be king. Please address this matter because I know a lot of other people are as concerned as I am. This is being talked about a lot by political pundits on YouTube. If the Democrats haven’t gotten together to discuss this, please find a way to create a plan to stop Mike Johnson, and Donald Trump from destroying our democracy.
