The recent security breach made by the President's top national security advisors was a demonstration of their amateur incompetence at their jobs. It is extremely likely that this public leak is only the tip of the iceberg. What internal errors and gaps in judgment have they made that we are unaware of? We cannot trust this administration to hold itself accountable. It is time to call for an independent counsel to investigate this and any other security leaks being made by the unqualified people in top security positions in the Trump Cabinet. The safety of our nation demands it. Our country is in danger due to these leaks. We can’t let the perpetrators of this violation of our laws go unpunished. Lower-level people would be fired for a leak like this. We should hold the people in the top positions to the same standard.
