I'm upset with Leader Jeffries' weak talk of finding bipartisan common ground. Budget negotiations are one of the only legitimate levers of power available to Democrats. Please withhold any budget support from Republicans until they rein in Trump's attacks on congressional power. The Republicans have suffered zero consequences at the polls for their obstruction. So please don't be deterred by the fear of being obstructionist. The people gave you power to help us. Please use it.
