No Ballroom - US Tax Payers Cannot Afford It!

To: Sen. Budd, Sen. Tillis, Rep. Foushee

Republicans have lost their minds if they think it is okay to ask the American people to pay a billion dollars for a ballroom. We are struggling to fill up our gas tanks because of the President’s war of choice, put food on our tables, all while trying to save a few Pennie’s for a future that the President continues to threaten. We can’t afford health care because of the Big Beautiful Bill that only benefited the Epstein class. Housing costs are through the roof - both rent and the ability to buy a home. I’m looking to downsize my modest 1400 square foot home and can’t even affird a smaller house in my same town! Vote NO on this wasteful spending. You and your fellow Republicans can pull out your personal checkbooks if you think it’s such a great idea. I’m tired of the claims that “affordability” is a hoax. Clearly anyone saying this is not in touch with the average American who is struggling.
