According to Axios, the Democratic leadership in the House thinks that Democrats don't care about the rescission package that just passed. Since I don't have the privilege of a Democratic representative, I'll make it clear to Sens. Warner and Kaine: WE CARE. We are capable of holding more than one thought in our brains at one time.
