I’m writing to encourage you to vote for SB26-102. Communities not states or the federal government need to have control of when, where, and how data centers are built. Our state has limited water and electricity generation. We need to ways to keep data centers from becoming problems. Noise pollution needs to be addressed along with water, power, and land use.
