I'm writing to urge Asm. Carillo to SUPPORT a package of bills coming to the floor this week to hold polluters accountable and protect our communities from deadly oil and gas pollution: Please support AB 2716, the Low-Producing Well Accountability Act, AB 3155, addressing Oil Well Liability, and, AB 3233, the Local Environmental Choice and Safety Act. In a tight budget year, it is more important than ever that individuals, local governments, and the state have the tools they need to make polluters pay to address their harms to our health and climate — not taxpayers. These bills do just that. I urge Wendy to SUPPORT all four bills on the floor this week. Thank you.
