to whom it no longer matters
To: Gov. Hobbs, Rep. Weninger, Sen. Mesnard, Rep. Willoughby
From: A constituent in Gilbert, AZ
June 28
To whom it clearly no longer matters, I write not with hope—but with rage. The very idea that any of you can recite the Constitution with a straight face while silently applauding or enabling its systematic evisceration by a captured Supreme Court is not just insulting—it is treasonous to the principles this nation claims to stand for. You have turned our founding document, born in rebellion against tyranny, into toilet paper for corporate interests and a theocratic minority. What we are witnessing now is the end of the American social contract. The rot from the Supreme Court—bribed, corrupted, and intellectually hollow—has metastasized. These robed parasites twist the Constitution into whatever shape pleases their billionaire handlers. They pretend to be "originalists" while ignoring the literal original intent of checks and balances, state sovereignty, and individual rights. States' rights? Due process? Bodily autonomy? Privacy? Protection from cruel and unusual punishment? All burned alive under their robes of sanctimony. And what have you done? Nothing. You cower in your polished offices while people suffer under rulings that shred centuries of legal precedent. You wag your fingers at “civility” while the judiciary auctions off our rights behind closed doors. You allow the nation to fall into despair and division while parroting platitudes from Fox or CNN like trained wind-up dolls. Let me be clear: This country is disintegrating. Not because “the other side” won. But because both parties have failed to defend the foundational rights they swore to uphold. Balkanization is no longer a question of “if” but “when.” It should happen. The states must break free to rebuild something honorable from the ashes of this imperial, rights-violating monstrosity you call the United States. If you had an ounce of integrity, you'd impeach the corrupted justices, reject corporate dark money, and restore the balance of power. But I know you won't. Especially not you, Andy Biggs—you do-nothing, camera-hungry marionette of extremism and donor cash. You are what political decay looks like. You are the grifter's echo in an empty chamber. We don't want your thoughts and prayers. We want accountability. We want our rights back. And if we cannot have them under this collapsing union, we will build new compacts, forge new nations, and leave your D.C. circus in the dust of its own irrelevance. History will judge you as the cowards who stood idle at the collapse of liberty. Sincerely, A citizen who has had enough
