I'm writing to ask you to refuse to authorize The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act without protections for the rights of US citizens. FISA must not be used to spy on Americans, nor weaponized to punish Americans for exercising their right to free speech. Section 702 has already been used against prot esters, and that cannot continue. You must also block the appointment of Bill Pulte as acting director of National intelligence. The law requires the director of National intelligence to have experience in intelligence operations, and Mr Pulte has none. He is completely unqualified. Question his selection!
