I hope you saw and heard the power of the people that is the heart of America this past Saturday as evidenced in the many many peaceful demonstrations all across our state, other states and even reflected in other countries. Democracy is powered by people and we the people are tired of being robbed and mistreated by our government. A government should serve the people. You, as senators, are public servants. Not the other way around! Take care of the people! Uphold the constitution and don't let those abhorrent policies become law!
