I know that these are not North Carolina areas but the emergency statuses that have hit across the country in areas like Northwest Indiana where the flash flooding has left people for over a week without power, water and gas. Puerto Rico, AN AMERICAN TERRITORY, is in rolling blackouts and water restrictions with water running brown in some cases. What else needs to be off the rails before anyone steps up to help stop these atrocities! Stand up!
