Again, reminding you that your constituents are depending on you to protect our private data online. Say no to all age verification and “Kids” acts that would put our data and our children’s data in danger. Right now the both infrastructure and software DO NOT EXIST to protect these PERMANENT identifying unchangeable data points, like birthdate and biometrics information, and bad actors are already hacking the verification systems put into place in other countries, putting millions of citizens, including children, at risk. Look at what happened in France this week, where the most secure system IN THE WORLD was hacked by a teenager. Thank you for putting the data security of your constituents above corporate profits and voting NO on these misleading bills.
