Uphold rule of law, restore public trust in government
To: Rep. Maloy, Sen. Lee, Sen. Curtis
From: A constituent in Salt Lake City, UT
March 22, 2025
The Trump administration has faced numerous legal setbacks due to actions that courts have deemed unlawful. For the government to uphold the rule of law and restore public trust, it is imperative to cease pursuing policies and executive actions that violate established laws and regulations. Continuing down this path undermines democratic institutions and erodes faith in the fair administration of justice. I urge a renewed commitment to operating within the boundaries set by Congress and the Constitution to protect the integrity of the federal government. Representatives must take concrete steps to rein in unlawful executive overreach and ensure robust congressional oversight of the administration's conduct.
