We’ve already seen it in LA and Portland, so expect mass ICE raids in cities like Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston—intended to terrorize communities and bait local officials into confrontation. I'm writing to urge you to activate local mutual aid networks, provide legal observers at every raid, and use state police and AGs to block unlawful detentions. Thank you for your consideration
