Vote NO on the “Big beautiful bill”

To: Sen. Tillis, Sen. Budd

From: A constituent in Youngsville, NC

May 25

I am writing as a concerned constituent to urge you not to support the “One Big Beautiful Bill.” This legislation disproportionately benefits the wealthy while imposing harmful cuts to essential programs like Medicaid and SNAP that many hardworking Americans rely on. Moreover, the bill grants excessive power to the executive branch, undermining the system of checks and balances that protects our democracy. Supporting this bill would also mean backing former President Trump’s agenda, which I believe is harmful to the unity and well-being of our country. I respectfully ask you to stand with the people over partisan politics and reject this bill. Our communities deserve leadership that prioritizes fairness, fiscal responsibility, and the protection of vulnerable Americans. Thank you for your service and consideration.
